1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PurgaClean: Fast Media Cleaner (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Yeva Kosheva ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), the developer of PurgaClean.
2. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use PurgaClean for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple iOS devices that you own or control.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Sublicense, sell, rent, or transfer your rights to use the App
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
3. Description of Service
PurgaClean provides tools to help you manage media storage on your iOS device, including:
- Scanning for duplicate and similar photos and videos
- Compressing video files to reduce storage usage
- Organizing media into categories (screenshots, selfies, etc.)
- Providing a PIN-protected "Secret Space" for private media
Important: PurgaClean permanently deletes files you choose to remove. Deleted files may not be recoverable. Always review selected files carefully before confirming any deletion.
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing and confirming all files selected for deletion before proceeding
- Maintaining backups of important media through iCloud or other means
- Keeping your Secret Space PIN secure and confidential
- Ensuring your use of PurgaClean complies with applicable laws
5. Subscription and Payments
PurgaClean may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store. All payments are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. We do not store or process payment information directly.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
6. Privacy
Your use of PurgaClean is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. All photo and video processing occurs locally on your device — no media is uploaded to our servers.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
PurgaClean is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of PurgaClean — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Data Loss
PurgaClean deletes files from your device based on your selections. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the App. We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups via iCloud or other backup solutions before using any deletion feature.
10. Modifications to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to PurgaClean at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
